At present I am working on a Master of Science degree in Education with a specialty in Online Course Design and Curriculum. It is my goal obtain a position as an instructional designer with an organization, school, or corporation that will utilize my technological skills and provide opportunities for growth, learning and advancement. I love to conduct training and make technical information easy to understand for everyone. It is really exciting when you see the tell tale sign of "Oh .. I get it!" come over someone. I have a history of staying in a job for a long time so I am looking for a place where I can grow and continue to contribute over time. At the moment my skills are growing, but my job description is not. I am excited to find an opportunity to flex my creative abilities and be a useful part of a greater good. I am willing to relocate.

Current Duties and Projects:

• Subject Matter Expert for Basic Computer Applications Course (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Course Developer or Assistant developer for Radiography, Physical Therapy Assistant, Medical Assistant,
  Massage Therapy, Diagnostic Medical Sonography and Healthcare Administration courses.
• Conduct Needs Assessments and Design and Create training materials for the LMS in response
• Train new faculty on LMS in small or large groups as needed
• Administrate local LMS for campus faculty and students
• Teach Basic Computer Applications course using an LMS
• Use the ADDIE model for curriculum assessment and design
